Late or missed payments may result in additional fees or service delays.
3. Cancellations
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
4. Liability
While we take great care to protect your property, ITA Concept Inc. is not responsible for pre-existing issues, hidden damages, or misuse of materials after service is completed.
We are insured and operate in compliance with Florida state and local regulations.
5. Warranties & Satisfaction
We stand behind our work. If you are not satisfied, please contact us within 7 days of service completion so we can address the issue.
Warranty coverage excludes normal wear and tear, improper use, or work altered by a third party.
